My Story

I started my career as a teacher, spending 10 years specializing in tech integration. In the classroom, I saw firsthand how much energy people waste searching for information or navigating broken systems. It wasn’t just a loss of time—it drained mental resources and created unnecessary frustration. I learned a critical truth: when information is hard to find, it increases cognitive overload and takes people off task.

This lesson stayed with me as I transitioned into tech. Whether I was working as a product owner, engineer, or security specialist, I carried the same principle:
