People are leaving, and you don't know why.

The people who churn don't file a ticket. They stop showing up, and from the inside there's no telling where or why. I'm a learning scientist and a developer, so I find where your product loses people, and because I work in the code, I fix it at the source.

Nobody tells you they're leaving.

A confused user doesn't file a ticket. They stop coming back. A few of the signs:

  • Lost on the first screen. The one thing they came to do is buried under eight others.
  • The support queue that never empties. The same questions keep coming, because the teaching sits in a doc nobody opens.
  • All the data, no answer. The dashboard consolidates every number and still doesn't tell them how the business is doing.
  • The people your product shuts out. When a screen reader or a keyboard can't finish the signup, a paying customer never gets in, and the fixes make the product clearer for everyone.

Two ways to start.

No deep dive

Snapshot

$500

You show me the product and your activation and churn numbers, and I tell you where people are giving up and what to change first. It stays on the outside and doesn't go into the code, so it's a quick baseline. A Review or the audit goes deeper; the Snapshot is where you start when you just want to know where you stand.

It credits toward a Review or an audit.

Into the product

Review

$1,200

I go into the product and how it's built, and find where people give up and why. You get a prioritized fix plan, plus a few changes worth making while I'm there.

It credits toward an audit.

See a sample Review →

Snapshot and Review are fixed prices for one product and its main flows. A larger or older codebase is a scoped audit, priced to the target.

The audit, when you need the full analysis.

When a Snapshot or a Review turns up more than a short list, the audit is the head-to-toe analysis. I sit with real users and watch where their attention breaks, run the product against the accessibility standards, and go into the code underneath. You get every leak ranked by what it's costing you, with the reason each one happens grounded in how people learn and pay attention, and what to fix first. Whatever you've spent on a Snapshot or a Review credits toward it.

Keep the customers you're about to lose.

Tell me where your product feels stuck, or hand me your activation and churn numbers. You'll walk away knowing where people give up, why, and what it's worth to fix.
